Communications Officer
Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Officer to join a dynamic Site Engagement team. This team of professionals is crucial in maintaining effective communication with clinical sites globally and plays an indirect yet vital role in patient recruitment. As a Communications Officer, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Content Management: Accurately place provided content into the correct templates, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Material Filing: Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all materials, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing communications and following up on deliverables to ensure timely and quality service.
- Administrative Support: Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including preparing presentations for meetings, drafting letters, brochures, and flyers, and coordinating the periodic distribution of newsletters
Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative / communicative role, preferably within the biotech or clinical research industry.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to respect and maintain different brand styles.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office365, particularly PowerPoint. Familiarity with Veeva Vault and Adobe Design is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Interest in Clinical Research: A genuine interest in clinical research and a passion for contributing to advancements in the field.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
