Customer Coordinator
Job description
As a Customer Coordinator, you will provide the brand teams organizational, administrative and logistic support. You will be involved in, but not limited to, contracting, events organization, PO's, budget follow-up, asset management, translation, congress participation and meeting organization.
Responsibilities
- You offer back office support to the businesses for different projects
- You organize regular alignment meetings and ensure follow-up
- You support business processes and act as a system administrator (VeevaVault, DocuSign,..)
- You provide broad administrative support like maintaining the mailbox, organizing catering, doing small translations.
- You attend team meetings of the therapeutic area's you are assigned to
- You ensure high standards of compliance
Profile
- You have experience in organizing and planning in an international environment
- You are digital oriented
- You are used to collaborate with different departments
- You are result and service oriented
- You are pro-active and work efficient
- You are customer oriented
- You are fluent in English and French/Dutch
