Customer Coordinator

Job description

As a Customer Coordinator, you will provide the brand teams organizational, administrative and logistic support. You will be involved in, but not limited to, contracting, events organization, PO's, budget follow-up, asset management, translation, congress participation and meeting organization. 

  • You offer back office support to the businesses for different projects
  • You organize regular alignment meetings and ensure follow-up
  • You support business processes and act as a system administrator (VeevaVault, DocuSign,..)
  • You provide broad administrative support like maintaining the mailbox, organizing catering, doing small translations.
  • You attend team meetings of the therapeutic area's you are assigned to
  • You ensure high standards of compliance
  • You have experience in organizing and planning in an international environment
  • You are digital oriented
  • You are used to collaborate with different departments
  • You are result and service oriented
  • You are pro-active and work efficient
  • You are customer oriented
  • You are fluent in English and French/Dutch
